Introduction
This Policy describes how Possibility Assembly Gospel Ministries deals with refunds..

 

Requirements for Return/Replacement/Refund:

1. The product for replacement or refund, should meet the following requirements:
   1.1. It should be in mint condition i.e as new.

   1.2. It should be complete with all accessories and in its original box

 

2. It should be returned within 14 (fourteen) days.

 

3. It should not be a special order

 

4. It must be accompanied by its original receipt
 

5. It must be accompanied by a cover note describing the fault or stating the reason for the return.

6. Refunds will only apply where replacements are unavailable.
